Monday, Feb. 20th and Thursday, Feb. 23rd 4-7:30 pm

All other Kindergarten – 4th grade and 7-12th grade students conferences will be scheduled through JMC.
*5th & 6th conferences are walk-in only
Notes:
- There is no signup for 5/6th grade conferences in the elementary gym- only walk-ins.
- Signup for preschool student is the link in red above.
- 7-12th grade teachers would prefer a pre-scheduled conference so they can prepare ahead of time for parents coming in, BUT ARE NOT REQUIRED.
How to schedule a time through Parent JMC:
East Sac County Schools will be using the Teacher Conference Scheduler built in to our Family JMC and will be used for these grades: Kindergarten -4th grade and 7-12th grades. In order for a parent to schedule a conference with a teacher, the parent/guardian must be able to log in to their Family JMC account. If you have issues with logging into this account or don’t know your username and/or password please email Beth Litterer at blitterer@eastsac.k12.ia.us or call the HS office at 712-665-5001.

Once you are logged in, on the left you will see Teacher Conference Scheduler. You will now see your child(rens) name with a list of all their teachers/courses depending on their grade level. On the right, under Appointment Time, choose a time to meet with the teacher. You have the option of printing off all your child’s conferences times at the top of the page as well.
At the JH/HS Building, scheduling a conference with a teacher ahead of time is preferred so teachers can be prepared for when a parent/guardian comes to speak with them, but walk-in conferences are also allowed.
Conferences in the JH/HS building will be held in teacher’s rooms. Please enter through the east doors where there will be people to direct parents/guardians to the correct locations.
Fifth and sixth grade conferences will be held in the elementary gym.
PRESCHOOL STUDENT – CONFERENCES SIGN-UP:
Preschool parents will use Sign-Up.com to schedule a conference time for their child.
